This new district of Milanosesto located in the closest area to the new railway station will provide a new lively and dynamic office area for Milan. This compound is conceived as a combination of modular building blocks connected by means of the vertical circulation systems enabling the use as separate headquarters or instead as one unique building. Each building block has been designed following internationally recognized standards for the office use. The ground floor is transparent and permeable to enable the opportunity top enter from both side of the building.
The overall architectural language is reminiscent of the history of the place. Impossible not to consider the post-industrial mood given by the important existing building of the former factory linking them to the most contemporary ways of living.
The facade is conceived as a sequence of vertical steel elements reminding the old factory buildings.
